Natalie Michael
Managing Partner & CLient Advisor
Natalie Michael has over 20 years of executive development experience. She has worked specifically with CEOs and CEO candidates for over a decade as an Executive Coach, Advisor and CEO Forum Chair. She is a big believer in peer learning and is Master Certified CEO Peer Group Leader with Mackay CEO Forums and a Forum Chair for ultra high net worth stewards with Tiger 21.
She has a Masters in Organizational Development with a thesis on supporting high achievers during transitions and she has numerous coaching certifications (CoActive, Team, Behavioural). She has supported a number of CEOs to achieve extraordinary exits and transitions.
She is on the Board of Foundations for Social Change and Wavefront Centre for Accessibility.
Her favorite book is Dr Hawkin’s Map of Consciousness.
Katja Macura
Director, Research & INSIGHTS
Katja Macura specializes in strategy, research, and leadership insights. She has worked with Lululemon, Meta, BC Government Enterprise Services, BC Hydro, YWCA Metro Vancouver, and BC Cancer. She holds a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership for Sustainability and a Bachelor of Commerce in HR, Organizational Behaviour, and Marketing.
In addition to her consulting work, she serves as Board Chair for LOCO BC, advocating for sustainable and community-driven business practices.
Her favorite book is One Hundred Years of Solitude by Gabriel Marquez.
Lana Bertram
Program Manager
Lana Bertram has 20 years experience managing highly complex business transformation projects. She has kept projects on time and on budget with scopes from $1 to $40M across a variety of sectors. She has a Masters in Project Management. With a passion for creating extraordinary experiences, she is skilled in detailed project planning, deliverable and milestone tracking, risk mitigation strategy, issues management, change request management, and status reporting.
She also holds a Bachelors of Science.
Her favorite book is any recipe book that inspires her healthy culinary journey.
