The CEO Next Chapter Program was co-created with Brian Conlin, Former Global CEO of Golder and Associates, one of the leading professional services firms in the world.
A heartfelt thank you to Brian for being the Co-Creator of the CEO Next Chapter Program. Brian was instrumental in creating the Introspection Design Method (although we didn’t call it that at the time). His robust CEO and Board experience, deeply held values, and methodical engineering mind brought cohesion and form to the program and toolkit. The program also incorporates Brian’s belief that spirituality, service and character are hallmarks of life and leadership.
